Make this simple cold and cough care tea to nourish your lungs and support seasonal wellness.
As the season changes and fall pulls us deeper inward the metal element which rules the Lungs and Large Intestine is highlighted. Lungs are know in Chinese medicine as the tender organ as they are easily effected by change and being one of the most responsive organs they react to the environment and are responsible for dispersing those reactions through the body. Lungs are especially susceptible to colds and coughs as the temperatures change and our bodies adjust. Make this simple tea with herbs to soothe and nourish the lungs.
